Paul Krijnen wins ICEA LION KING OF THE COURSE GRAND FINAL at Nyali Golf And Country Club

What a Saturday, 31 October 2026, at the ICEA LION KING OF THE COURSE GRAND FINAL! The Stableford format kept us on our toes, especially with that beastly Hole 4 chewing up balls like there's no tomorrow (averaging a whopping 2.28 over par!). But even that couldn't stop Paul Krijnen from conquering all, not only clinching the Overall Nett Winner title but also topping Division 1 with a magnificent 44 points, just pipping William Kaguta by a single point. William still walked away as the Overall Gross Winner and Division 1 Gross Winner – clearly, those two are in a league of their own!

Meanwhile, in Division 2, Wanjiku Wambugu showed everyone how it's done, bagging the win with a cool 40 points, leaving Dr. OMAR Ramadhani two points behind to ponder what could have been. Owen Kwalia took the Division 2 Gross honours, proving that even on a day where Hole 15 was practically giving out birdies (a gentle 3.86 average!), you still need skill to shine. Congrats to all our winners, and to those who didn't quite make it – there's always next time to tame that tricky Hole 4!
