Anne Mutugi wins KIRINYAGA (ABAI) GOLF TOURNAMENT at Thika Greens Golf Resort

Jambo, Teeboxi fam! Your favourite club correspondent here, fresh off the greens from the KIRINYAGA (ABAI) GOLF TOURNAMENT played on Saturday, 31 October 2026. What a day it was, with the course giving us a run for our money, especially that pesky Hole 3, which decided to be extra stubborn at an average of 2.09 over par. Meanwhile, Hole 9 was feeling generous, playing the easiest at 5.58. But no matter the challenge, our golfers showed up!

The Stableford format brought out the best in some, and perhaps a few groans from others, but that's golf, isn't it? Our overall Nett Winner, who clearly mastered those tricky greens, was none other than ANNE MUTUGI! Give it up for Anne! And for the overall Gross honours, the trophy goes to Isaac Ndichu. Congratulations to our champions!

To everyone else who teed it up, whether you were sinking putts or searching for balls in the rough, you're all winners in our Teeboxi book. Keep those swings smooth and those spirits high. Until next time, keep golfing, Kenya!
